Stone Bell Creations is currently seeking funding for its next feature project, Zen: Hunter, a horror film set to begin production in Spring of 2009. Our latest feature, The Sisters Four, is now completed and we are looking to the future and anticipating another successful production. Our proposal is simple, which is unusual for the industry, and consists of a percentage of your total investment paid out of first profits. A portion of the total production cost will go toward the actual marketing of the film, which will get the film out to the public and generate revenue. We are looking for a fairly modest budget of under $80,000. We are looking for backers who are able to invest at least $1,000, but more would certainly expidite the funding process, and of course, a larger the investment means a larger return. For $10,000 or more, there is a percentage of revenue deal. Email for details. We made The Sisters Four with virtually no cash, and we have a decent completed project. It was our "proving ground," so to speak, to prove that we could bring in a feature project on time and on budget. We succeeded easily. With a larger budget, however, we can also attract some name talent that would be a huge selling point in obtaining distribution, and quality co-stars. The fact that Zen: Hunter is a horror film is also a selling point considering that the genre has never lost poularity, and there is a ready-made audience. Distributors need to fill that need. We want to keep it simple, and that's about as simple as it can get. Zen: Hunter will be made in 2009.
